Terms of Service
The practical rules for using FitLink.
Effective August 26, 2026
Agreement & account
- Using the FitLink app, watch app, or website means you accept these Terms and are legally able to do so.
- Keep your sign-in secure, give accurate information, and report unauthorized access.
Plans & health
- Workout, nutrition, habit, and focus suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before acting.
- FitLink is not medical care or emergency advice. Ask a qualified professional about health conditions, injuries, allergies, or restrictions.
Privacy & permissions
- Apple Health is optional and reads only categories you allow. Change access in iPhone Settings.
- See the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.
Free & Gold
- Eligible accounts may get one seven-day Gold Preview. It needs no payment and does not auto-renew.
- For purchases through Apple, manage billing, cancellation, and refund requests through Apple. For web purchases, use the subscription management link in your billing email. The price and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase.
Fair use & ownership
- Do not harm, scrape, resell, impersonate, bypass access, or use FitLink unlawfully. Reverse engineering is barred except where law allows it.
- FitLink owns its software, design, and original content. You own what you submit and let us process it to operate and secure the service.
Availability & changes
- FitLink is provided as available. We may change features or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or as required by law.
- You may stop and request deletion anytime. Mandatory consumer rights still apply; updates carry a revised date and any required notice.
